I currently serve as the Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events for the Thompson Dallas. Prior to my current position, I was the General Manager for Georgie’s by Curtis Stone, as well as the Beverage Director for Le Bilboquet, Up on Knox, and Georgie’s. I bring over 15 years of experience in both guest facing and support roles. I am an avid wine and spirit educator, with a focus on building one of the best beverage programs in the city.
